SBK, I never ever ever changed my address. All of my emails were that I was worried I wasn't going to get my product and that I was worried this was a scam. NEVER changed my address, so don't even try to claim that. I know your trying to save your reputation here but with all the other bad reviews piling up I don't think you have a chance to do that anymore. Don't claim I changed the address when I didn't. There's no need to lie. I've done a lot of online shopping and this is by far the worst customer service and I'm so thankful PayPal wouldn't insure you because other wise I don't think I would have ever recieved my Roomba. Next time someone leaves you a bad review you should try apologizing and correcting their order instead of making things up! Goodluck with you business. I hope you don't try to scam other people! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER. |

Let me use real small words...When you ask for us to send your $900 iRobot to another address, that is called a change of address. After your 5 or 6th passive aggressive strange emails we did exactly what we should have- cancelled your order. You stated that you were now uncomfortable with the order- we did not really understand why- but my staff told me they wanted to cancel and I agreed 100%. We can not change the address because you would claim fraud and I am out money. We can only mail to a verified address. When you say sketchy- are you referring to yourself- because I know you are not referring to me. I am the one that refunded your money immediately after purchase realizing this was a possible fraudulent transaction.
