He sent it back to me. I tested it and it worked perfectly. This guy obviously installed weak batteries and tried to make me look like I did something wrong. I re-sold it and the new buyer was perfectly satisfied. |

These items were all factory sealed in their packages. I don't dknow anyone who rips open the packages, tests it, then re-seals the package. It was just unfortunate the factory batteries installed inside the items malfunctioned but I feel this was out of my control.
