Buyer bought 4 valances here on Bonanza in December. Buyer rec'd 'em 12/13-satisfied enough that next day 12/14 she bought 2 more same item on ebay from us. Wrote 5 weeks later wanting to return. Neg'd us on ebay&here because we refused to refund. Used items for 4-5 weeks over Christmas/New Year & then wants refund. Colors & sizes were exactly as listed. Used curtains over a month, then wants refund. Rude buyer.
