She didnt contact me before leaving feedback. I would have been glad to replace or refund if she would have contacted me first. |

I tried to get her to send this cake topper back and I would have replaced or refunded. She told me she used the cake topper and couldnt send back. We cant refund if the product is used and not returned. She threatened bad feedback if I didnt refund. I tried working with her but she wanted the topper and a refund which is not right. I always refund or replace if the topper is returned. She was a Rude Lady.
