Seller response: Sorry, kinder eggs aren't gender specific. From time to time they put various designs on the foil the eggs are wrapped in and I have no control over what the company does.

Seller response: Everybody has different taste and expectations, but you are the FIRST customer to say the chocolate taste "Old". We get a constant shipment of new eggs and they are always fresh. The exp date on your batch was 7.17.16 which is nowhere near old.

Seller response: The eggs are shipped in a hard plastic container and then placed inside a USPS padded envelope for extra protection. We sell on 4 different sites with over 200 orders a month. You are the first person to ever say they "arrived damaged".
