Here is the thing: First,it's my fault that I didn't ship the customer's dress on time and I asked if she would like to have a full refund or waited for couple of days to get the dress.She wanted the full refund.So I asked her to confirm her paypal account.Because we have many orders,I was worried to give the refund to wrong customer. I waited for about two or three days and didn't get her confirmation.Then I saw there was a nagative feedback given by her.I sent message to let her confirm her paypal account,again.The second day morning,she confirmed.I gave her full refund that afternoon. When I asked her to modify the comment of the feedback,I never get her reply.I can understand why she gave a nagative feedback.But I can't admit the comment that she called us scam. Unfortunately,I was played as fool,the customer got the refund and I got a scam name. I understand her first thoughts,she was afraid that she couldn't get the refund but she didn't read my message which I sent to her every day.Since I gave the full refund,she still left the untrue comment there .I feel deeply unfair.I am very serious with my small business,this untrue comment is a huge harm for me and my shop.I hope my dear customers can understand my situation. |
