The item was 75% off. That's below our costs. To not have enough money to ship an item is a deal breaker for us. We gave the option to add funds for shipping, so we could come out not losing money, but this buyer apparently would rather bash then be fair. That's okay. We understand. Not everyone believes in fair trade practices.

Large orders take time. We are liquidating and inventory management is a challenge. Please be patient with us when you order your Christmas items in the springtime. And enjoy your 75% off discount when you receive it. My grandparents had some saying about looking a gift horse in the mouth? I never quite understood that one.

We sent emails that apparently went unseen, as we never heard back. Sometimes emails get lost. Check your draft and spam folders. Also, check what email you put on your bonanza accounts.

Please check your spam and filters. Not all our emails get read/seen. We find that if you would like overnight shipping and don't want to pay for it, you should probably purchase items at amazon. They are huge and can afford to lose money. When we put a 75% off sale on our inventory, we cannot also afford to do free overnight shipping service.
