Yes Again- you wanted the order sent to another address. You even paid for that. If I cancelled your order for another reason I would have stated that. The day after the order was placed my warehouse people told me about all the strange emails. It raised reg flags with them. We did the right thing by cancelling your order. Especially when Paypal said that we would not be covered on this transaction- that was the final moment when cancelling was the only option. You think you can text and write anything you want without consequence. In your world you are being scammed because we refunded your money back? No that is called - cancelling a bad order. You are not used to someone telling you no. Go harass someone else and please do not ever contact me again. |

Let me use real small words...When you ask for us to send your $900 iRobot to another address, that is called a change of address. After your 5 or 6th passive aggressive strange emails we did exactly what we should have- cancelled your order. You stated that you were now uncomfortable with the order- we did not really understand why- but my staff told me they wanted to cancel and I agreed 100%. We can not change the address because you would claim fraud and I am out money. We can only mail to a verified address. When you say sketchy- are you referring to yourself- because I know you are not referring to me. I am the one that refunded your money immediately after purchase realizing this was a possible fraudulent transaction. |

SBK, I never ever ever changed my address. All of my emails were that I was worried I wasn't going to get my product and that I was worried this was a scam. NEVER changed my address, so don't even try to claim that. I know your trying to save your reputation here but with all the other bad reviews piling up I don't think you have a chance to do that anymore. Don't claim I changed the address when I didn't. There's no need to lie. I've done a lot of online shopping and this is by far the worst customer service and I'm so thankful PayPal wouldn't insure you because other wise I don't think I would have ever recieved my Roomba. Next time someone leaves you a bad review you should try apologizing and correcting their order instead of making things up! Goodluck with you business. I hope you don't try to scam other people! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER. |

Well that is interesting- Did you know that instead of cancelling your order because we were out of the color you ordered- we went to Best Buy and purchased a new pair. We always test the Beats because if you know anything about them they are notorious for having one side- usually the left - not work. We then carefully repacked and sent to you. I am posting a copy of the receipt and the little blue bag it came in. It is people like you that make up stories or assumptions that make sellers lives really difficult. Wow- a brand new pair of UR Beats used- better get some glasses/contacts. Be responsible and leave truthful comments. |
