I was very surprised and disappointed to see this unwarranted blemish on my perfect feedback rating. The buyer clearly is unfamiliar with the Bonanza messaging system as my attempts at prompt communication at the time of purchase are still marked as unread. The only communication she did read was the positive feedback I left on 8/4. Please do not punish me for not knowing how to use this site.
