If you don't send us an email to let us know there is a problem, we can't help you. We had no idea this item was missing. Feedback is not the place to communicate if you want help on an issue. Please use the proper contact methods so we can work on the problem. It's easy enough to check your tracking info. If it is showing delivered, then you need to check with your local post office. If it is showing other than that and you don't get your order within 5 days of us shipping it to you, simply send us an email through Bonanza and we will check on the status for you. Paypal always sends you the tracking information. |

Yes, that does happen and we do warn about it in our listing, however, we also took care of this for the customer. Communication is very important. If you have a problem and you don't contact us, we don't know that a problem exists, so we can't help you. Leaving negative feedback solves nothing. We are always ready and willing to fix any and all problems when given a chance.
