Responded to every email the buyer sent me within a day and I'm accused of being uncommunicative. Sent buyer an item that was exactly as described in my listing (I check every item thoroughly before shipping and package safely). Buyer claims damage after almost 2 weeks of using the item. Despite stating that I do not accept returns in my listing...I agreed to allow buyer to return item for a full refund without any argument. Oh, and the item is NOT damaged...a buckle is intended to open AND close...yet I'm still accused of being an awful seller...I guess I can't please everyone.
