That's exactly what I said. And it DOES annoy the hell out of me. Anybody who takes a simple moment to read what they're ordering will CLEARLY see it's an ebook with a NO REFUND POLICY. By purchasing the item the buyer agrees to all the stipulations of the listing. This negative feedback is not my fault but the buyer's carelessness. |

You're not supposed to "receive" anything. It's a digital download. Bonanza gives you the link to download the ebook automatically once payment has been received. Please go back to payment page and download your ebook. This is not my fault by any means. |

Buyer didn't have .epub format e-reader so I told her to convert via Calibre which is a free online conversion tool. Sent her the link and guided her through process. Description clearly states ebook is in .epub format only. What more could I do here? |

Why don't people contact me when they can't download something?? For crying out loud, people. Just send me a message and I'll fix it for you! Like it says on EVERY listing, if you can't download something just send me a message and I'll take care of it. This could've been resolved within a few minutes had this buyer sent me a simple message saying they couldn't download the ebook for some reason.
