Hi JensineR, I'm so sorry you feel that way. Our toys are not pre-made, It takes us time to put your toy together as its completely handmade. The shipping price you paid was actually $12, $14.99 is actually what I paid to ship it to you, which is the exact cost Canada post charges for the cheapest tracked shipping option to the US. Unfortunately, we cannot control the speed of the postal service. The shipping time frame from Canada to the US is 4 to 10 business days. We always have the shipping time frames listed. Your package was mailed on Saturday June 6th. It was picked up by Canada post on June 8 and it was delivered June 12th. It took 4 days to arrive!
