USPS was to blame for mishandling and losing the package. I sorted this out with you and gave you a full refund. None of my other customers have ever had such a negative experience and I do apologize for your instance. |

We have a very clear policy that defects or damages need to be reported within 48 hours of delivery. You did not bring this to our attention until over a week after the item was delivered and we still took a look at the crack which is very small and does not interfere with the functioning of the piece. It does not warrant replacement.
