A simple mistake that you could have made right if you actually said anything in an email to me besides "I am waiting for an email back from my supplier" which means YOU don't actually sell anything you have a supplier that messes up your orders for you instead of you selling the items yourself. That makes it harder to deal with if there is a problem. Like I said before you have poor communication and you couldn't even respond to Paypal when they asked you to tell them when you received the item back. |

I told the buyer that My Pillow doesn't always come in a new box. Sometimes is the plastic factory sealed. Once the buyer realized this she kept the pillow. I can't understand why she would give a negative feedback when she was satisfied with the transaction. |
