I'm not sure what happened. I contacted PayPal and a payment was processed and then refunded. Even if we assume it was a technical glitch, I think I could have been notified that there was a problem with the payment and the transaction was never shipped. Because I had already received an email stating it was shipped, if I hadn't been in my PayPal account and noticed the refund, I'd still be waiting to receive the product. I know stuff happens...maybe this feedback will help improve future customer service communications. :) |

The Giant Blackberry Butte Seeds are (unstratified) and will need to be refrigerated for the necessary cold term. It is not conducive for us to start the germination process prior to shipping as many buyers may delay planting the seeds even after they have received their order. It is our experience that a delayed period of time between after stratification and planting may cause the seeds to return to dormancy state. So it is best to only stratify the amount of seeds that you intend to immediately plant. For colder regions we recommend direct planting in the ground in the fall. However for warmer regions, the use of the refrigerator is necessary to initiate the germination process.
