The reason for invalid is when you are sent the wrong platform - Mac serial numbers are invalid on Windows and windows serial numbers are invalid on Mac. I believe you were credited and all set. The reason for invalid is when you are sent the wrong platform - Mac serial numbers are invalid on Windows and windows serial numbers are invalid on Mac. Unfortunately, we are sold out of XI. We would be happy to upgrade you to DC, or provide you with a full refund. The choice is yours. Sorry about the trouble that this caused you.
