Hello. About the shipping time, we shipped your item on time and the delay was USPS's fault, as we already explained to you. We tried our best to contact USPS to fix the problem and you still received your bag on time. The bag was supposed to be delievered on 03/28 but you got it on 03/23, so we hope you can understand that we didn't ship your bag late. About the size, we contacted you before we shipped the bag. We only shipped it with your agreement about the size.
