This whole mess was due to the fact that this company was referencing the wrong account. I was treated with sarcasm and a complete lack of customer service. The "CEO" even treated me the same way. After I received this message: Koala_thumb48 It’sfunny that out of the hundreds of emails sent out daily for promotional and to check up on items. Yours is the only one that wasn’t received.. Also the offer to still fill order was withdrawn after your feedback. I received MY order the next day. The representatives weren't even looking at my account so I guess it is kind of funny. |

We offered you 2 different offers to please you.. We first asked if you would like a 2 for one special on the size of Skull.. Then we asked how you would like to proceed.. We never heard from you so we issued a refund. I feel the 6 emails between us was suffeciant to try and settle the situuation. Exspecially when we gave you a 10 day grace to decide.. We never heard anything from you till we cancelled your order and issued refund. Sorry your upset we automatically issued a refund after we did not hear back from you
