I sent you numerous emails and gave you ample time to respond to my requests. If your husband was able to respond to my first email, someone should've been able to respond to me in all that time. And as of today, almost two weeks from the transaction date, I am still trying to receive a refund. |

This package was mailed twice due to an issue with the postoffice. I was never contacted in regards to the second mailing. A full refund for the $1.20 was issued upon learning from paypal that the package still had not arrived. |

Buyer response:
Item finally arived, so money sent back to this seller. I should have never had to contact the seller at all. If there were problems & a delay in shipping I should have bee notified. When I had to ask about where item was, I was told it would be reshipped right away. Post marked 5 days after that and I was given an invaled tracking number. This seller needs to work on comumication skills with buyers! |

Picture and Description of Item is what buyer received. In error I listed the wrong year. Had already discussed this with customer to correct my error. Thought everything was ok but apparently not. Since this is the buyers first feedback I just feel they were a little unfair. |

Buyer did not give chance for us to respond to her inquiry before leaving neg feedback (less than 24 hours) Package was mailed and postoffice promised delivery this week. Buyer should allow a full 24 hours for seller to respond to inquiries. This was the first and only communication from buyer. |

Package was mailed but unfortunate did not arrive as promised. We have spoken to buyer and promise a refund as soon as funds on paypal clear. Due to the holiday funds are taking longer to clear. |
The item was not sold on purpose to another person but in error and I contacted Robyn to explain. My brother was hosp out of state and I left to be with him only to find out he has stage 4 cancer. I thought leaving my daughter to handle this it would be ok but it wasnt. She mistakenly sold the item. I know this does not excuse what was done but I did apologize and promise a refund.
