Any issues with orders I respond immediately, This situation was taken care of. The quality of my shirts are stellar. I use Bella Canvas which is top of the line. All of the buyers demands were met. I take care of my customers 100% and I go out my way to make sure everyone is satisfied. |

First off all of my shirts are brand new from the factory. If there is a hole then it was a random bad shirt. All this person had to do was contact me first and I would have replaced the shirt or given a "FULL RUFUND." I was never given a chance to fix the problem before the Negative comment was left. Any messages sent to me about any problems I respond with in 10 to 15min or sooner. Unfortunately it's not common practice to leave comments on Bonanza because I have sold over 500 shirts on here and only but comments aren't being left by the 500+ customers that are happy..
