Hello Seller, I'm sorry to hear there was a problem with the DVD's. I was not notify about the defect with the product. I have sold a couple dozens of this product without any complaints. If your product had a defect and I was notify, a replacement product could have shipped out to you or you could have receive a refund, your choice. It is unfortuneate that I was not alert about the defect, you did not give me an option of rectifying the situation. I value my customers and would do everything within my power to make them happy. If you are not happy with your purchase please contact me immediately.
