Thank you for your order. We'd like to reiterate what was conveyed in our e-mails... Our page clearly states that some items may have a longer than usual processing time, up to 8-10 business days due to the holidays. In addition, the logistics of shipping an item like this TV requires special arrangements with a freight company to pickup and deliver since FEDEX and UPS don't handle items of this size. According to your order you opted for Economy delivery which has a transit time of 10-15 business days. The order was placed on 12/12, making today the 8th business day. Even if we shipped your order out the following day, with economy delivery it would arrive after Christmas. In the future, If an item is required by a certain date, please reach out to us prior to placing your so we can make arrangement accordingly. Please send us a message or contact us by phone and we may be able to offer you a complimentary upgrade on shipping.
