Seller response: the turn around time is clearly stated. The order was shipped out within the time frame. Post office messed up. Had offered buyer a full refund but she never responded. I cannot control the package once it leaves my hands. I could have checked sooner, but I didn't know there was a problem until the day before she needed them. Nothing I can do.
