We apologized many times for this problematic transaction and refunded in full--believing that this individual was truthful in regard to a lost package. As an an at-risk childrens charity center we do NOT do any deceptive sales nor do we feel your foul language is acceptable. Toys are meant for childrens joy--not adult temper tantrums from a grown man with a poor wife.
