The Overseas packet containing the item (DVD-R) was returned to me by post office because my signature on customs slip did not include my full first name (I used my initial). I immediately informed buyer who lives in Italy. I told her what happened and that it would be a week before packet shows up. She left negative feedback before it had a chance to arrive. I have been trying to make contact with her to make sure the packet arrived but she still does not reply.
