We value all our buyers.This buyer notice a flaw in one of Our tv board from a photo before he purchased the Tv board.We thank the buyer for bringing it to our attention. We tested the board and found it to be not working. we had "ONLY" one board in stock. This buyer was Refunded because of his help in identifying a bad part. We have recieve a Negative comment for doing the "Right thing. That is Refunding funds for a Broken Board. WE warranty all out for-sale items. We did the right decision in refunding the buyer funds.
