The seller is going to try and say that I harassed her in emails when trying to get my transaction resolved, this is absolutely 100% false and I will provide all email transaction with the seller to whoever asks. I ordered the product 23 days ago and stil

You purchased this item on the 6th of July and you received this July 10th. How was this order late? Because our shipping department sent out the wrong model to you I went ahead and refunded you in full, sent out the correct brewer, AND also let you keep the wrong brewer FREE OF CHARGE. I am contacting bonanza and asking them what to do about this feedback because I feel this is very misleading towards my company and a complete falsehood. |

Your action to refund and compensate me with a free brewer is an acceptance of your failure to fulfill customer's order. However, you continue to harass me and even threat me with a lawyer? Thanks for the amusement. I paid you for the item I wanted, you sent me a wrong one. You offered I keep the wrong one and will refund me but you never stop harassing in emails. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. Unprofessional seller. Will never do business again. |

I have never sold an item used or refurbished and you can tell just by all the positive feedback I have here. Also, you can look at my ebay feedback as well. I have responded to every single email that you have written to me. I have every reply as well. There's no excuses here. I was late on shipping you the item yes but I have been nothing but nice and friendly to you and all of my customers as well. Never was there a "curse" in any of my emails. If I ALSO have all the emails that were sent. The box came open, literally. Plain and simple, you have horrendous shipping times, rude and THREATENING communications, and I DID NOT get all the items as described. I understand sellers have bad days, bad employees, and sometimes are downright, not fit to be a "customer service" rep like your self. However, NOT getting the item as ADVERTISED and not shipping on time as advertised is, plain and simple, FALSE ADVERTISING. Not to mention after purchase, you then disclose information about the product and what was advertised AFTER purchase about the additional products. What ever happened to customer service? I didn't not get even "par" customer service from you. yes, I gat a machine, a K550 for a price that a week later, could be found on other sites. So don't think you're anything special here. I just picked the wrong person/company to buy from. NEGATIVE reviews are REAL reviews. |

It was 10 days and that was because we were trying to get a hold of you. You put a po box as a shipping destination and we do not ship to po boxes. You finally got back to us. Hi Patti. I tried emailing you on a few different occasions because the package came back twice saying undeliverable address. In the end it was our fault because the address was a little different than what it was suppose to be but that was our fault. |
