Sent emails back and forth about the product, even videos on how to use the machine. Rough edges and some parts needed additional adjustments when received, but guess the buyer did not understand the instructions. Months passed before we heard anything about this buyer/product sold. Strange operation. Negative feedback for buyer. Sorry. Will not sell to this buyer again:(
