Seller response: Item was damaged on transport. A full refund, including shipping, was issued upon completion of claims process. Was in constant communication with buyer to let her know where we were at in the claims process. Sorry to see she is not happy, and disappointed to have the negative feedback despite doing everything I could to make it right.
