you forgot to mention the fact that you ordered the product, paid for it, then a few hours later wanted to cancel the transaction. I have more than one of these machines. yours had shipped out before I could stop it . (fast shipping)!! when I get it back, you will get your refund. Negative feedback from you wasn't necessary, it won't get your money any faster!
