I appreciate all feedback, but in all fairness - it is very clearly indicated that all my items ship from China or Singapore. It is on every single page, next to every single item. Receiving an item from China does not automatically imply that it isn't authentic. Also, you could have contacted me directly if there was something you were not happy with. |

I’m sorry you weren’t happy with this palette Ashley. I’ve had a lot of positive feedback on this item though. Sometimes the swatches online can be misleading, as many factors can influence the color (such as priming the skin, lighting conditions). Still, I appreciate all feedback and wish you great holidays nonetheless.
