October 29, 2012 @ 2:44 p.m. was the first contact from buyer.She sent an email asking if the item had already shipped because she had not yet received it. I responded On Oct 29, 2012 4:03 PM with the proof of delivery that it had been delivered on October 25,2012.Her next response was that it did arrive but was damaged. within a matter of hoursthe item went from not arriving to arriving damaged (once confronted with electronic proof of delivery).On 10/31/2012 she filed a dispute with paypal (never tried to resolve with me first) looking for a partial refund.I escalated the dispute to a claim with paypal. The buyer was offered a full refund in exchange for returning the item. Paypal allowed two weeks time. Item not returned and case closed by paypal. Sellers, beware. The timeline of events was just very suspicious, and the first problem I have ever had with any buyer. |

There was a mixup in packaging and shipping the items since my son was helping me. The buyer never contacted me first before leaving the feedback so I could remedy the problem. I since issued a generous partial refund to make up for the unfortunate mixup.
