These accusations lead to a dispute through Bonanza in which Bonanza sided with me due to the dishonest nature of this buyer. Upon receiving the bag her description of the bag was 'beautiful'. The buyer originally wanted a refund because it did not fit her arm although the dimensions were clearly posted.
