Seller response: Sorry to hear that you are unhappy with our services. We put on all our product description the length in time it may take to receive them which may be longer than usual. Also we never got any messages stating concern about the item not being shipping. If it was a big issue we would have been glad to issue a refund had the customer asked for one.
