Should an item purchased arrive damaged or not as described, I must be notified within 3 days of receipt. If the item was damaged in shipment, and insurance was purchased, the buyer must initiate a claim with the post office. It is the buyer’s responsibility to retain all packaging material as may be required by the post office.
