Full refunds are available on jewelry products that are returned to our store at the buyer’s expense. To receive a refund, jewelry must be undamaged for resale.
Print products are only refundable for print shop errors. This item was printed for you and cannot be returned. However, we will correct any print issues, including giving a full refund.
