All purchases final. If you receive an item and it has been damaged in transit or contains a manufacturer defect we can assist you gladly. A customer damaged item whether by accident or in error is not a manufacturer, transit, or shipping defect. You will need to provide pictures of the original packaging and of the damaged or manufacturer defect item(s). We reserve the right to honor or deny any request for return label, refund, replacement, or combination of these options.
