There is a gift inscription at the front of the book (see photo #8). The binding is tight and the pages are clean with some light marks / dings to the edges, and also some small nicks/ tears (see photos #3 - 6 and #14). The leather is in nice condition with some minor signs of wear with indents and marks to the front and back cover (see photo #15) and mild bumping to the corners and spine.
