All returns/exchanges require authorization. Requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery and returns received within 30 days of authorization. No returns or exchanges on holiday/special occasion merchandise beginning 30 days prior to holiday or at any time after holiday. I must be notified of all damaged in shipping requests within 48 hours of delivery. Customer has the option of replacement or refund with proof of damage.
