Item must be returned within 7 days after the buyer receives the item. Money Back. When any item is sold on Bonanza, the seller incurs cost associated with this sale, such as insertion fees, various listing fees, as well as a final value fee, which is based on a specific seller ratings system.
These fees, along with a Pay Pal transaction fee, are the reason we try to make sure our listing are as accurate and descriptive as possible, and we make every effort to prevent the wrong part or equipment from being ordered.
Please be sure of the parts or equipment you are ordering before placing your order and if you are not sure the listed part is correct please contact our customer service department by email before placing your order for any products in our Bonanza store.
If however you do experience a problem with any of the products or services you have received from us, please contact our customer service department imediately by email through the Bonanza site with the product item listing number so we can resolve the problem and continue to provide excellent customer service.
Stated return Policy:
If the item is found to be defective the customer may send the part back for inspection from “Interstate Supplies” and “Provenpart”, if the part is considered to have a material or Manufacturing defect, “Interstate Supplies” and or “Provenpart” will send the customer a replacement part
at no charge.
If you are claiming the package containing the part arrived damaged do not open it. The package must not be opened in order to be able to send the part back for an exchange.
Opened packages will not be accepted for returns unless no apparent damage is seen and photos are taken of the package immediately on opening. All material and packing as well as the original package and packing material must be returned with the item.
The original shipping cost covering the items shipment to the buyer is not refundable, as this was agreed to in the initial sale of the product and is not part of the actual value of the item in question.
All parts and equipment purchased on Bonanza are purchased by the buyer with no additional promises being made for technical service.
Item’s that are not opened, installed or used may be returned within 7 days for a partial refund less the shipping cost and a 15% restocking fee.
A Returned Good Authorization number must be requested and approved and must be enclosed with the product being returned in order to be accepted and a refund issued.
All return shipping cost will be the sole responsibility of the buyer and will need to be paid by the buyer, any product returned with a collect charge will be refused and not accepted.
