We have a 30-day return policy for non-personalized items, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

For personalized or custom items, we do not accept any returns or cancellations after 48 hours from the time the order was placed. This is because personalized items are made specifically for you and cannot be resold.

To be eligible for a return on non-personalized items, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
