I am very happy with this product. It does much better job. My coffee will stay almost all day. I have never had mug do this well. Will buy again

Does what is claims. Doesn't leak and keep coffee hot for at least 4 hours

This is quality and was absolutely loved. It's been used ever since it was opened on the recipients birthday and has even accompanied us on holiday. It's also made of quality materials too. Really happy with my purchase.

I ordered one and it was great. I dropped it though and cracked the side. I ordered a second one to replace it, and the second one came without the bottom plastic ring. I tried contacting the seller and they never got back with me. I guess I'll just have to try contacting them again.
