Not sure the carburetor was made by Tecumseh because it didn't have the upper vent hole at the top. It fit very well and the machine ran very smoothly after installation. Very satisfied so far.

This is exactly the part we needed to fix our craftsman mower

This product is not a slam dunk fit for my Tecumseh engine. It did not come with mounting screws to mount the throttle linkage assemble to the body of the carburator. The screw holes, although tapped were a strange size. I could not find screws to fit and finally used some old screws that I had that came from an electrical junction box. Also the choke lever will take some modification to work with my engine. Remains to be seen if the whole thing will fire up once I get it mounted satisfactorily.
