I have been using Aftershock for about 10 years.
Being in my 40's, I can workout like I used to, I just don't recover as fast. Aftershock works, bottom line. Also, instead of taking 5 different products and having to mix, and measure, take up space for all the containers - 1 container of Aftershock makes it easy.

Level of Detail
My 3 year old son has had chronic constipation since birth. Nothing seemed to work. We tried diet changes, fiber, prunes, fruit juices and as a last resort, suppositories. Nothing has worked as well as Cultrelle Kids. My son now goes regularly without crying.
