Please contact us prior to making a return so we can authorize it. For items that are accurately described the buyer pays the actual shipping cost that we paid to ship the item and any return shipping expenses to get the item back to us. All items must be returned in the same condition they were in when sent to the buyer. Returns will not be accepted for: new items that have been used or washed, new items with the tags removed, items that have been physically altered while in the buyer’s possession or items damaged by the buyer.
