We request that customer provide us a clear video showing the issue and ideally taken at close and medium distance. If we require a return (depending on the item purchased), we will inform customers and provide the return address. Please note return charges will be borne by customer. If customer do not wish to return the item, we can offer refund of up to 75% of the purchase value.
