If you feel the merchandise must be returned for good reason we will refund the item price less a 20% restocking fee. It is important that you contact us with the reason for the return within 7 days and include all original packaging and the packing slip sent by e-mail with the tracking no. to us with the returned merchandise. The return shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer. Returned merchandise must be in unused condition.The package can not be returned without our #RA.

If merchandise arrives in flawed condition or is an incorrectly shipped item, please contact us within 3 days with the details of the problem and we can usually solve any such issues by exchanging the merchandise for you.
