If it is new, it must not be opened. Item will be inspected upon arriving back to me and if necessary, your original purchase will be reduced by the amount that I deem appropriate for the reduced value of the item.

If the item arrived to you damaged, I reserve the right request pictures and or item be mailed back to me.

If the item never reaches you, I will not refund.
