Return and Refund Policy

To be eligible for a return and refund, your product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags attached. You must also provide us with a proof of purchase such as a receipt or an order confirmation email.

We will reply to you with the instructions on how to return your product to us. Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping cost and that we do not accept any returns without prior authorization from us.

Please note that some payment methods may take longer to reflect the refund on your account.

We do not offer exchanges for our products. If you want to exchange your product for a different size, color, or design, you will need to return your original product and place a new order.
